Live Roulette

Roulette is the classic Casino game that was originally devised by a European prince! In a Live Dealer Casino, Roulette is perhaps the best game to play as there is no limit to the number of players that can sit down at the table. This means that there is no waiting time, as there can be on Live Dealer Casino Blackjack tables sometimes.

In all the different Live Dealer Casino software systems, Roulette has a video stream at the top of the screen that lets you know what the dealer is doing and gives a good view of the wheel. You can chat to the dealer direct and ask questions about what he/she is doing, as well as just have a chat with a beautiful dealer!

Roulette Strategy

The most common Roulette strategy methods variations of Martingale or doubling up. Classical Martingale strategy involves starting with the lowest possible bet and then betting either Red or Black. If the bet wins, then you place a bet of the same size on a Red/Black bet next time. If you loose, you double your bet and try again. For example, you place a £1 min bet on Red and it comes in Red - so you make £1 profit. Next spin you bet Red again for £1, but this time it comes in Black so you loose your £1 bet. Next spin you bet £2 on Black. If it wins, you win £2 profit minus your £1 previous losing bet. If the ball lands on Red you bet £4 next spin.

Whilst this method can result in a steady increase in profits, it can become unstuck by the table limits. What this means is that all tables have a maximum bet. So, if you keep doubling up you will eventually hit the limit and not be able to double up again.

Some Casinos have different tables which means you can start with your low bets on the smallest table and work your way up to the big ones. What you need though is a big bank roll to make this come close to working. This is a popular strategy with many people, but be aware that it does not change the odds of the game in your favour.

Roulette Rules

The rules of Roulette are really quite easy: there are 37 numbers (0-36) on a wheel (with all 37 numbers in either red, black or green (the number 0) ) which the dealer spins and drops a small ball. The ball comes to rest, randomly on one of the numbers. The result of the game is this number. You can place a number of different bets from guessing the right number to chosing the right colour. Each bet pays out a different amount, but the payouts are generally the same from Casino to Casino. The layout of the betting area is usually like this:
