Shoot Jack Bingo site review

 WLD Silver rating award

Introduction:

ShootJack Bingo is part of ShootJack that offers a range of gambling products. The Bingo is Live Caller Bingo operating a Netherlands Antilles (Curacao) license. This means that it is not as tightly regulated as other Live Bingo rooms. The site is very male oriented with the main character on the site looking like a gangster with sunglasses and a pair of playing cards. Not your typical experience from a Bingo site!

Sign-up is simple with just the normal information being required. As soon as you’ve clicked on the email verification link, you can get playing. Shoot Jack Bingo has problems with not having enough staff. When we last tested the site, there were no callers available and so the Live Dealer Bingo game was shut down for 3 hours!!!

The studio is in Wembley in London, UK and so there are no latency or delay issues with the video stream for players in Europe.

Promotions are available for Live bingo players however there is no first sign-up bonus which is a real shame:

  • Free bingo: free bingo games run at 1.30pm GMT and 7.00pm GMT. NOTE: free games are only available to players that have made at least 1 deposit and have at least 1pm in their accounts.
  • Christina’s Super Saturday: 15th of the month you can have a 100% match bonus up to £30 on any deposit of £10 or more (max of £30 per day).
  • Crazy Cash Balloon Burst: every night on the 80 ball games between 7.00pm and 9.00pm GMT the first single full house winner will get a chance to guess the number in the envelope or burst a balloon and win a mystery prie. If you guess the number in the envelope  and you’ll win double money on your full house win. The prize in the balloon could be anything from a laptop ro 8 hours of pre-paid bingo.
  • Everyone’s A Winner: every game of book bingo (no penny games) will pay every player double their stake if a full house is won between 40 and 45 calls.

There is only 1 game running which is not great if you like the community side of Bingo. The Live Caller does look great though and works well on our old test PC. As long as you have an up to date version of your internet browser then it should work just fine.

Withdrawals take up to 48 hours to be approved and then are actually paid on on the following Tuesday. That means that you could be waiting up to 9 days for your cash.

We got really unlucky with the Customer Service staff through chat. When £5 was put into our account without asking permission and we asked Support for help finding the wagering requirements for that particular bonus we were told to find them on the home page and they refused to help us. Obviously, the information about the wagering requirements for the £5 are NOT on the site.

ShootJack Bingo gets a Which Live Casino? rating of Silver. This means that ShootJack Bingo has some good aspects to it, but that it has some work to do to reach the minimum standards expected by WLD. Be careful when you play and check everything before you take promos. Customer Services needs dramatic improvement, but if this is done and more information about the promotions is put on the site, then ShootJack Bingo could become a place worth visiting.
